CEW Advisors facilitates community meetings so they are engaging and meaningful for the attendees and that valuable information is collected based on a structured and clear agenda, established ground rules for attendees, expected outcomes for the discussion, and identified roles and responsibilities for attendees and organizational staff.
CEW Advisors has developed a framework for community outreach that incorporates inclusive community planning and facilitation, stakeholder identification, thoughtful and meaningful meeting design, a methodology for messaging and frequency, and partnership development particularly among trusted organizations that serve low-income communities.
